As of May 01, 2009, Linksys by Cisco has stopped accepting new registrations or renewals for the SoloLink DDNS service. The SoloLink service was embedded into Linksys by Cisco cameras and allowed users to access their IP camera with a defined friendly URL web address. Active SoloLink accounts will continue to function until May 01, 2010. On May 01, 2010 you will no longer be able to access your Linksys IP camera with your friendly URL address.
We sincerely appreciate your being a Linksys by Cisco SoloLink user and we want to help you continue with your DDNS service. To make this transition as easy as possible for you, we are providing you with a few options:

CHOOSE ALTERNATIVE DDNS SERVICE PROVIDER
In addition, depending on your camera's model, the following options are available: If your IP camera is a WVC200 or WVC210, please launch the camera's setup within an Internet browser. Then please choose an alternative DDNS to SoloLink, such as TZO or Dydns.
UPDATE CAMERA FIRMWARE
If your IP camera is a WVC54GC, please ensure that you update your camera's firmware to the latest version 1.26. You can update you firmware by visiting the Linksys Support website. Then please choose an alternative DDNS to SoloLink, such as TZO or Dydns.
make sure you have completed arrangements by May 01, 2010.
After this time, the SoloLink service will be permanently
closed and you will not be able to access your IP Camera through the SoloLink
